PET FRIENDLY POLICY We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Walking distance to food, bars, and some museums. The room itself was fantastic with provided linens, kitchen wares, and washer/dryer. I was on the second floor which has a partially obstructed view of downtown but at least had a patio. Was pet friendly. \*\*\*\*No designated parking Park on the street side required. Watch for signs that indicate which days you cannot park. I parked on 27th by the hotel which has plenty of parking on the street. There is a loading zone for the building so that you can load and unload at the building before you have to park ##### Roland Z. It seemed worn and needed to be replaced. You would roll into the dip in the center of the bed which had no support. Also the water filter needed to be changed. I will stay again, but choose a different unit.
