We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide plenty of space for up to ten guests. Upstairs, two rooms feature cozy queen beds while a third offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, toys, and a pack-n-play for younger travelers. On the lower level, one bedroom has a queen bed and another has two twin beds, giving groups and families flexible options for a restful night’s sleep. Each level has a full bathroom with modern fixtures, newly tiled walk-in showers, and fresh towels and toiletries, making it easy for everyone to refresh and recharge.

The lower level doubles as a lounge and entertainment hub.
