It is close to 25 & 70 so easy access. I ended up in a leg cast a week before my trip and learned that there was no elevator. This is a walkup so I did a lot of delivery. I felt safe, secure and the apartment itself is quiet. I don't do a ton of cooking but they have everything you need for basic meals. Bed is comfy. My only complaint was the workspace isn't really a desk, it's an entryway table so it sits just a smidge too high. It's too small for a laptop and a monitor. Wasn't a major issue since I was mostly traveling to client sites but if you are working remote full time it is something to consider. Communication was amazing and so prompt. It truly had all of the amenities that I needed, it was clean and looked just like the pictures, and it was in a nice and super walkable location next to a park. The property manager was extremely communicative and the check-in/check-out instructions were all simple and clear.
