The hotel/apartment is clean and new. Very comfortable and quiet. We did have a little hiccup with the early check-in because the cleaners were still there at our check-in time, but the owner replied in a timely manner and refunded the early check-in fee. Neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants, breweries and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Paula B. Updated, comfy, and location was excellent. But you must be VERY quiet. There are cameras watching outside of the rooms. Immediately at 10:02 I got a text that there were multiple complaints of a party. It was me, and 3 of my friends, giggling as we played Catch Phrase. Not your typical rager. Then another text a few minutes later. We felt obligated to just go to bed. Probably a good place if you like to be really quiet. We were close to Coors Field, amazing hikes and challenging golf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friendly Denver folks helping us out along the way. The flat had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, and was a nice place to cool down (unusually hot during our June stay) and catch some playoff basketball. The pictures did this place no justice. The air purifier was such a huge benefit. I actually ordered us one for home it helped so much.
