House was just what we needed for our family of four. Location to downtown Denver was excellent. Communication was wonderful! It was nice to have the locked parking area for our rental vehicle. Would recommend this property for its convenience to many Denver area attractions. Would have liked a water pitcher system for chilled water on the warm days. The house is an old house that has been updated expertly without trying to hide that it is an old house. The layout works very well and the interior idetails are perfect. Omg, what a cute place to stay. My family and I loved this chic mini mansion! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We loved the convenience of being far enough from downtown but close enough to go to dinner or shop at the Pavilions.
