La chambre était propre mais j'ai trouvé un verre de contact sur le plancher en arrivant, donc je ne peux pas dire que c'était impeccable. L"ascenseur le plus près du hall d'entrée était défectueux, il fallait utiliser celui du fond du corridor, ce qui était très loin et revenir sur nos pas pour aller à notre chambre. De plus, le lecteur de carte électronique de la porte extérieur près de l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, on devait donc absolument se taper le détour complet. La piscine et le spa étaient fermés lors de notre séjour . Les déjeuners sont servis jusqu'à 8:00 am en semaine alors il y avait bcp de monde qui allaient déjeuner en même temps, donc manque de tables. Après avoir attendu 5 minutes pour une table, nous avons décidé de manger a l'extérieur. Ils ont un magnifique jardin extérieur alors ce fut agréable. Le stationnement est payant (10$) qui n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Les matelas des lits étaient extrêmement mous, personnellement je n'aime pas et cela me donne de gros maux de dos. Également tel qu'indiqué dans la description, ce sont des lits doubles, pas des queens.

This hotel was very noisy, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the shower was cold. I barely slept due to the noise and AC. In the morning there was no hot coffee, nothing.

The beds were a little small but I didn't read the room description so that was my fault. We did end up also renting the room next door as well. Staff was great and breakfast was good.

I wish the pay parking was a lot different, was kind of pain. You have to go online to pay for your parking place. You can’t pay inside the front desk area.

Our room was clean. The elevators are working again. There is a $10 a day parking fee. The breakfast is very lackluster and the same every day. They offer plain bagels, plain cream cheese, butter, bread, waffles, cheerios, fruit loops, Raisin Bran?, sausage patties, and watery eggs. I would say the biggest annoyance of this property is that the side doors do not work with keycards. This is a very large property and unacceptable.

This is a super nice hotel. The staff is beyond helpful. Great views from the balconies. Good food and drinks at multiple places in the hotel. Stores are conveniently located across the street and on the same side. Easy access to things.

They charged us extra to park even though we were only staying overnight for less than 8 hours. For that extra they don’t provide any security for cars. The car 2 spots from us was broken into overnight. The back window was shattered and some of their personal effects were on the ground. Luckily we didn’t need the airport shuttle. The pour pair checking in at the same time as us was going to have to take a 2:30 am shuttle because the 3:00, 3:30,4:00, 4:40, and 5:00 am shuttles were booked full. There are many holtel choices in this area so we will never stay at this LaQuinta again. May skip LaQuintas in general if this is an indicator.

Did not have a good experience checking in. Front desk was having me sign other people’s receipt and gave me the same room key as the person in front of me. The amount of frustration to bring all of our luggage to a room to find out there’s someone else in there. The attention and safety for the guests is incredibly lacking. There was also limited transportation which was very inconvenient, so we had to end up paying extra costs for an uber. Staff is unprofessional.

The room was clean but there were no cups for the bathroom. Oddly, the bedroom floor had a definite slant toward the outside wall. The keys did not work well. Others were having issues with keys too. The one elevator was broken which made for a long walk with luggage. Breakfast is good though.

The one elevator was broken making for a very long walk to the one that works. Couldn't find the room, believe it or not, and the staff directions were not helpful. Then the keys didn't work. Others had problems with that too. In fact, one group was switching rooms because of it.

I was very impressed with the amenties and how lovely the rooms are with being spacious as well such a wonderful price for such accommodations. I like that they were able to fulfill my needs and my traveling with my service dogs.

Walked in was hit with a god awful smell. Smelled liked there was a dead animal nearby. Had to use my room keys multiple times to get the room open. Couldn't use my ps4 and tv keep "upgrading channel lineup" which made it a hassle to watch tv.

Clean place. Close to nice places to eat and shop. Breakfast was convenient. However lots of frustrations during the stay: Staff, not the friendliest. Had to remagnetize my door key several times, annoying. I even kept my key ins a separate pocket but still had to go to the front desk daily. Sometimes twice a day. Pool water was murky, the whirlpool didn’t work. They ran out of pool towels easily. One elevator was broken Was staying for three night and on the second night I asked them to clean my room….they seemed to have written my request t the front desk…but nothing…it never happened, frustrating Finally the tv every so often wanted to update channels. Happened so many times I turned it off.

Walls were insanely thin. Listened to a man throwing up at 4am for close to an hour in the room next to ours. Breakfast was decent. Area was great. Within walking distance to several restaurants and close to the airport. Beds were comfy and room was nice and clean.

Generally good, clean, and staff was pleasant. Room layout is great and the bed was perfect. Parking fee was an unexpected charge and inconvenient (administered via 3rd party app). The spa jets were out of order. The tub drained slowly. Water damaged bathroom doors haven't been repaired. And my card key failed twice. All small things that add up...
