We absolutely loved the apartment - plenty of space for our family of 5, and super comfortable - but the parking is awful. So nice to have a full kitchen when staying with a bunch of friends with different dietary needs. They also had amenities such as a pool and gym. I had to knock down 1 star due to its location, especially with all of the construction going on around this new building. There were fences all around which made walking to RiNo downtown confusing and not direct. We ended up using Uber/Lyft a lot. But if walking is your jam, it shouldn’t be too bad.
