Very quiet neighborhood and was peaceful. We stayed a week for my sister’s wedding and it was nice having the big space for our family. They had a nice patio area as well. The only thing I did not like was the beds had lots of dips in them so it was hard to get comfortable. I would stay here again though if I ever came back to CO. The den was down a level with a TV and fireplace, laundry and half bath. The bedrooms were up one level with two baths. We walked to Starbucks, donut shop, and grocery store. This location is centrally located, quite neighborhood. Nathan was so responsive to us and accommodating. He even retrieved a back pad I had left in the house and sent it to me.
