Perfect for solo travelers, this private retreat blends modern comfort with artistic charm. Enjoy top walkability (93 WalkScore/94 BikeScore), easy self check-in, smart TV, and a secure private entrance. You\`ll have access to the entire guest suite. Please note there is a second unit in the home with a long term tenant. This suite is completely private and separate, however you may occasionally hear the other people. The backyard is shared. Note that the main floor bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen of the other unit. The Urbanist Magazine described the Baker neighborhood as Denver\`s hippest new neighborhood. You are one block away from South Broadway and less than a mile from all that Sante Fe Art district has to offer. Within a couple of blocks there are shops, restaurants, bars, dispensaries, breweries, distilleries, coffee shops, pot shops, yoga, bowling, movies, and light grocery shopping. My favorite part was the neighborhood. 1-2 blocks from Snooze, Voodoo Doughnuts, lots of bars/restaurants/take out food/coffee shops. Easy access to e-bikes and scooters, the bus route that takes you to Union Station where you can get the train to the airport (10 total!), 8-10 Uber/Lyft ride to convention center.
