Enjoy exciting a clean space with comfy beds and furniture, huge dining area, amenities like ping pong, arcade games, and a fun "barn" for activities! Stunning views from our hot tub and decks creating lasting memories in this ideal retreat. Everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay and maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality! The Space: Primary Bedroom has a king bed and tv, it is on the lower floor with an ensuite bath with a walk in shower and patio where the hot tub is located. Also on the lower floor is a game room with 2 bunk beds, arcade games and a TV. The ground floor has a media room with bean bag chairs, the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and private balconies as well as a full bath with walk in shower. Guest Access: There is a keypad on the front door as well as a back up lockbox. Getting Around: Please park on asphalt. Absolutely NO cars parked in the barn. Please note, from November through April, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required for safe travel in Colorado. Make sure your vehicle is equipped accordingly before heading to Evergreen. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*We have recently had a big problem with people smoking on the property, noise, guest count exceeding what's on the reservation, and unauthorized pets. We have since hired a company to install devices to check for these things and there will be a minimum $500 fine if any of these rules are broken. Interaction with Guests: We partner with a couple people that help out when we're not in town. We went to many local spots and had a great family vacation. The hot tub was a hit for all. It was very clean and taken care of. The only negative feedback I could leave is that there needs to be more dish towels in the kitchen- one was not enough. Everything else was great! ##### Amy R. This experience was not our favorite. Pros:The property is peaceful and there are several areas to relax.The rocking chairs on the back deck and the barn with ping pong were perfect. Super close to Maxwell Falls hike which was awesome. Cons:Everything felt very bare bones compared to other stays we’ve had. Each of the 3 bathrooms had 2 towels (and one hand towel). That makes 6 towels. The cabin sleeps 8\. Thankfully we just had 6 people staying. We drove 12 hours to get there and ended the night with changing sheets on four of the beds. The contact person was responsive and reached out to the cleaner to confirm sheets were changed. I was told it was black fuzz from a blanket, which there was black fuzz. But there was also human/dog hair in ALL of the sheets. I was told “if I wasn’t comfortable I could swap them out.” I wish I could attach the pics. Just not a great way to begin the trip. The master shower looks great but only one side works and not very well. The Keurig needs descaling. You have to walk through the bunk room to get to the master bedroom. Evergreen is a cute little mountain town. We made some great family memories at Red Rocks (must do!), hiking, and watching my son propose to his girlfriend at Evergreen Lake (beautiful!) but will look for other accommodations when we come back. ##### Trisha W.
