This home was built so that your group can take it easy or be extremely convenient to the front ranges' best locations. **This is a basement of a Duplex. The unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. However, we do have guests in the other unit so you may run into them outside of the house or potentially hear them. The kitchen is fully stocked and we are central to Colorado's two largest highways (I25 and I70). Every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable.
Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home was fully remodeled summer 2020! Equipped with all new beds and furniture. There is a dining space for 6 people.

Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed with ample closet space. Bedroom 2 - This elegant bedroom offers a Double bed.

It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. There is the island which has 2 stools and the dining table with 2 more. The couch also allows for additional seating room with a coffee table.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

There is a public light rail a few blocks away from the house that will take you to the heart of downtown Denver and elsewhere.
We DO NOT ACCEPT LOCALS as we have had issues in the past with locals utilizing our homes for reasons it was not intended to be.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the living space below the top of the stairs. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
LAUNDRY SPACE: The Laundry area is shared space between unit 1 and unit 2. Please be courteous of your neighbors when using this space. Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.

This location was close to our soccer field. It’s located more in the industrial area of Denver, but we didn’t have to go far for food and entertainment.
