Located near the beautiful Lake Arbor Park, residents enjoy easy access to the serene lake, walking and biking trails, and plenty of open green spaces perfect for outdoor activities, picnics, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.  
  
The area is family-friendly and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You'll find a variety of parks, playgrounds, and well-maintained community spaces just steps from your door. The neighborhood is also pet-friendly, making it ideal for those who love to walk their dogs around the lake or let them play in the nearby parks.  
  
In addition to its natural charm, Lake Arbor is conveniently located near great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, local boutiques, and a range of restaurants are all within a short drive. Commuting is easy with quick access to major highways, making downtown Denver, Boulder, and other nearby cities just a short drive away.  
  
Its best/easiest to get around if you have a car. Please note, the garage is off limits, but there is plenty of street parking.

\-We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
