Very well located in the heart of Capital Hill, and spacious inside. The main floor has a nice kitchen and eclectic living room. Interesting mix of old Colorado and Thai/Asian - somehow it all works.The two large bedrooms are in the basement. The king bed is firm and the queen bed is soft. The king room has a renovated onsuite bathroom. Washer and dryer downstairs as well.The area directly around the property is fairly bland with apartments but walk a few minutes to the right and you are at Capital Hill - highly recommend taking the free Captial building tour. Walking down the hill to the left and you hit several restaurants. We took short cheap Uber rides to Broncos/Nuggets games. Gated included parking a big plus for us.Response time by the Sebastian at SkyRun was lightning fast. Very well organized property.
