With its prime location, beautiful finishes, and high-end furnishings, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is the perfect haven for those seeking a comfortable and stylish stay in the city - and their furry friends are welcome too!  
  
This fantastic townhome boasts a striking open staircase, wood floors, and a great layout with open living and dining areas, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is packed with high-end amenities, perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The private rooftop patio offers breathtaking views of Denver's city lights, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the cool Colorado evenings. With a 2-car private garage, parking worries are a thing of the past.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. Nearby pet-friendly locales include Washington Park, Cherry Creek Bike Path, Confluence Park, and LoDo Dog Park, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures with your pup. These spots provide a range of activities, from walking trails and lakes to off-leash play areas and scenic bike paths.  
  
Located in a gated community, this townhome is within walking distance of Coors Field, Union Station, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Enjoy easy access to I-70 and I-25, as well as public transportation, including the train to the airport. Explore the nearby South Platte River, which offers endless biking and walking paths. For a night out, head to Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, a 5-minute walk from the home, which serves up an impressive selection of beers, delicious bites, and high-end whiskeys. Some things to note about this property:  
\- Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.  
\- We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.  
\- This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.  
\- Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
