### A Majestic Denver Family Retreat

Escape to this lovely, fully equipped home located in the historic northwest Denver suburb of Arvada. Designed for both relaxation and productivity. This 4-bedroom retreat (1 King, 3 Queens) features 2 bathrooms, including one that offers a spa-like sanctuary complete with a jetted tub, steam shower, foot message, 2 shower heads, music and ambient lighting. This is better than a hot tub as it is more sanitary with your own water and no added chemicals. Unwind in pure comfort after a day of exploring.  
  
For the working professional, a quiet, dedicated office space is provided with quality furniture, dual monitors, a printer, and essential supplies.  
  
The spacious, chef-inspired kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream, boasting high-end stainless steel appliances, premium cabinetry, and an extensive selection of spices to elevate any special meal.  
  
 An expanse of windows and an 1890s Emerson #5 Square Grand piano highlight the living room, A double sided electric fireplace is in the living and dinning room. A classic Monterey Spanish Revival dining set with matching buffet add flavor to your dinning experience. High end appliances and unique cabinetry enhance the spacious kitchen. Included in the kitchen is many spices for the gourmet cook with an induction stove top. A chef's dream. Your stay here promises a superb blend of relaxation and convenience.  
  
Entering the home, you immediately notice the lofty space of the main floor with large kitchen and dining room flowing into the elegantly furnished living room, all perched above the neighborhood. The living room features the #5 Emerson square grand piano built in the 1890's. The quiet serenity and comfort pull you to sit and rest from the busy day. The dining room has a Monterey Spanish revival dining set with an elegant buffet. There is a dual sided electric fireplace between the living room and dining room.   
  
The two plush bedrooms on the main floor await you, certain of a pleasant night's stay.   
  
An office space is provided with double monitor, printer, desk, chair, shredder and office supplies, while a full size couch/bed provides additional sleeping space.  
  
The ground level floor suggests a quieter refuge, with a well-appointed office/entertainment area and two comfortable bedrooms, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer, and second kitchen.  
  
Step outdoors to the large covered patio and enjoy a game of pool, or frisbee golf then gather for refreshments, BBQ or additional backyard games. A second deck off the living room affords added seating opportunities.

#### Adult vacation 

The house was nice. It was listed with a jetted tub and showed pictures of a fancy steam shower that didnt work so that was disappointing. We also didnt have any coffee in the house in the morning. Few kinks that need worked out. But over all the property was nice.
