Had to switch rooms, and 2nd room had No heat, No Wifi, too close to freeway. Clerk was very friendly.

Compassion without guestioning.

Ower was pleasant eugh seemed to be able to read my needs and concerns without asking bunch of questions. He observed that I was aloe, perhaps a bit anxious. He observed that I was local and in need of a safe place to spend the night. He explained that he was upgrading and it felt like he cared about the comfort of his customers

So many things to say. The beds looked clean, I did check for bugs and there were none so there was that on their side but there was sand or dirt in the beds. The beds were spring so very uncomfortable. The toilet worked but you had to rig the plug in the tank so it'd fill up. The cable tv didn't work. The light outside the window was so bright it kept my kids awake. The noise was awful too! If anyone talked outside, you could hear the full convo. The traffic noise was just as bad. I had to put sleep music on my phone at full volume to drown out the noises so my kids would sleep. Then worst of all when I went to check out at 730 am the office was closed until 8. I've only seen that in small towns not cities! I ran an errand and came back to check out. It was 820 by then and no one was still there. No one showed until 840. The staff was mean and rude to me. Like it was my fault he had to be there. The room was on a centralized ac/heat unit so it was hot while we slept. Only thing going for thus place is location. You could walk 30 minutes to Walmart if you needed to.

This motel was exactly what you paid for. The young woman who works long hours at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process smooth. There were two zipties still attached to either side of a clothing rack in the wardrobe area of our room. As if someone had been tied up there. An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff that gave me a very uneasy feeling. The rolling chair to the desk was so stained and disgusting I put it outside just to get it out of our room. Picnic area on the side of the parking lot was a great thing to have for guests. We definitely took advantage of it.

Property requires a $100 security deposit on top of the rental rates. This is NOT shown on Expedia's website. On the good side, the receptionist promptly checked my room upon checking out and promptly return the $100 deposit. It was so prompt that the deposit and return never showed up on my credit card. Expedia needs to include information for every lodging requiring a security deposit. One of the lights wasn't working but the receptionist promptly fixed this. The room was adequate for what I needed *comfortable bed) and the property's location is very close to the I-70 interchange. Two big minuses stood out: 1) the bathroom is shower only; no bath tub. 2) No carpeting (I'm not big on cold tiled floors!). I most likely won't stay at this place again should I need to stay overnight in the Denver area. The customer service by the receptionists offsets the inconvenience of the $100 security deposit.

Worst hotel I've ever been to!!!

I paid through hotels.com and when I went to the hotel to check in and they wouldn't let me check in. The guy at the desk was rude and disrespectful. I've never been to a hotel where they are so unprofessional.

The bed did feel stiff. The restroom light consistently flickered. The AC system was out of date and not working, we assumed to give the heater a try but was overly uncomfortably hot. Check in is at 3, and when I called over the phone about early check in the man at the front desk was rude (was an asian man/ the latino man was friendly when we did the key drop off)

This place was infested with cockroaches and now I fear they may be in our luggage and we will probably end up taking them with us home we would like to be refunded buy Expedia for the fee for our room as well as any future exterminator fees we may occur from our stay at Apple inn booked through Expedia.

Night one air condition was out I complained at 2 am said it would be fixed next day it was not I was given a fan for some comfort both nights very little sleep due to no air conditioning asked for some refund but was told had to check with owner big dead spider behind night stand head board dusty bathroom base edging coming off sink handle very hard to operate walls in bathroom were dirty and dried snott

We left and stayed somewhere else because the room was gross. They have a nicely kept “model room” near the front office they use for the pictures and for guests to view before they check in. The model room is a far cry from the actual condition of the rooms. Strong odor.
