Excellent loft. A few things to know, but didn’t really bother us. Homeless community across the street that was not a bother, just to be aware. There are more than enough cameras/ring around to deter any anything bad happening. And good luck not going to The Lobby, especially as you smell them brew coffee and start prep in the morning. The football and basketball stadia are further but still walkable with plenty of buses as an option as well. The unit has an upstairs BR/BA, mid-level kitchen and dining area, and downstairs auxilliary bedroom. We rented this unit because of its proximity to Coors Field and the Billy Joel concert we were going there to see. It took us less than ten minutes to walk to Coors from the unit, and everything in the unit was as advertised. There is a fairly large homeless population around this area, which may or may not be temporary, but we didn't have any issues with anyone and never felt threatened or unsafe. There is off-street, secure parking, which put our minds at ease when it came time to leave our car and walk to our concert. ##### Tom R.
