There is also parking available on the premise for up to 2 cars as well as street parking. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours for the backyard are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Thank you for keeping noise down during this time, as it ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. If we do receive any noise complaints during quiet hours, a $1,000 fee will be applied to your reservation. SMOKING To keep Denver Art House fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premises. If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be applied to your reservation. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions.
