The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood, great park for the dogs across the street, nice bathroom, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The little back yard was nice for the dogs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I grew up in the area so it was perfectly located for our stay to visit family. For those not from the area there are lots of places to eat nearby and it’s a short drive to down town Denver. Mile High and Ball Arena only a 15 minute drive. My only small complaint was the super small coffee pot and the overwhelming smell of marijuana when we arrived. I know it was 420 friendly but it was almost unbearable when we arrived and it lingered all week. We had kids so it wasn’t ideal. Overall it was a great little place! ##### Jennifer L.
