Very clean and spacious. One of the tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t work but the other two worked fine. They cleaned and made the beds every day. We were well looked after by the staff and loved the layout of the property. Due to repairs, we were upgraded to a two bedroom villa, which was a lovely surprise. However, we did note a couple of things that could have made our stay exceptional- The bath towels were well and truly overdue for replacement- although clean they were rather threadbare. Our mattress was also overdue for replacement, uncomfortable, and the loud sounds that the mattress made when turning over actually woke my wife up! Otherwise we very much enjoyed our time at Bahagia Villas and hopefully we can rate it up when next we stay. It was fresh and clean. The staff are amazing. They are not “in your face” but if you need anything they are there very quickly. It is only a short walk to the Main Street of Sanur (Hardy’s and other shops about 20mins) but if you want to go to night market I would suggest a taxi, or staff can organise an Uber. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel transfers, arrival drinks, spacious, clean accommodation with ample space for families or couples staying together. The villa is a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre but for 30,000 IDR just jump in with Penny, Bahagia's driver on site, who's happy to drop you wherever you want to go in town. Bahagia even offer tour options for you to get out and see the island.
