With stunning views of Nantucket Sound and 100 feet of private beach, Sound View has two, 3-bedroom, 1,200 sf units, each accommodating six. Each unit has heat and air conditioning, with wireless high speed internet, washer and dryer. They are decorated in a charming nautical style, with grey/white/navy colors, beadboard walls, new white kitchens with breakfast bars, new beds, and upholstered furniture. Also, a wall of windows and sliders provides stunning views of the beach and ever-changing Cape skyline. Step off your deck onto a child friendly beach with shallow, calm and warm ocean water only 50 feet away. Enjoy panoramic vistas of both the sunrise and sunset on one of your two decks overlooking the beach. Reviewer Comments: Just like last year it was a wonderful week on the vape thanks to this great beach front property. The space was bright and open and the a/c came in handy throughout the entire week. There are a few minor issues that should be addressed prior to next season. The grills are rusting through on the bottoms and need to be replaced. Some of the beach furniture is also rusted through and one lounger is fully broken. The laminate on the kitchen cabinets is starting to come off the doors, the towel holder in the bathroom comes off easily. There are also a few rusted spots on the vent grates in the bathroom that are a little unsightly as well as the intake grate in the entry way.
