Air conditioners/ceiling fan were exceptional. Love the small porch and being on the quiet street off the main road was a huge plus.A few FYIs/suggestions:\* Add many more clothespins. There were only 3 clothespins to hang laundry to dry outside. Seems like a little thing, I know, but after a few windy nights, clothing was blown off the lines overnight and wasn't dry in the am.\* There were tiny ants in great quantity in the bathroom for a couple days. Very close to the beach, Sundae School, and Chapin's. It's small but comfortable. An unexpected bonus was that the two ends of the couch recline. The outdoor shower is great. Grill worked well. My only complaints are that there were way too many throw pillows everywhere and every cabinet in the kitchen was full so there wasn't anywhere to put the food we brought - but I recognize the second issue is pretty common.
