Experience a true Cape Cod getaway! \================================== 🍂 2-Night Minimum Off Season ☀️ 3-Night Weekdays / 4-Night Weekends Minimum starting late June through Labor Day \================================== 🏡 What This Place Offers \- Built in 1953, this cozy 471 sq ft cottage has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities while preserving its charming exterior and original character—including a bathroom added during renovation to complement the one-bedroom, four-room layout. \- Our cottage is in a great location on Mid-Cape, close to the beaches, ice cream, restaurants, arcades, shops, batting cages, etc. we will send you all the details and suggestions after booking \- Parking for 2 vehicles on premises \- The fully fenced backyard features a Weber gas grill, outdoor shower, firepit, and patio with picnic table, string lights, and a Tiki Bar with TV—perfect for pets and relaxed evenings. \- The kitchen features a gas range with oven, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with condiments and cooking essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You'll find utensils, serving ware, a coffee/tea station, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a casual indoor dining area in the living room. \- Towels are provided (included in cleaning fee) as well as soap, shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues and similar essentials. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet and iron/ironing board. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) and is sized for one person at a time. \- There is one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room—ideal for kids or young adults. \- Bed linens and pillows are included in cleaning fee. We do have one pack and play "crib" for small children and a feeding chair, just let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave extra linens. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff. \- In the main living space there is a 50-inch TV with Roku TV streaming service. You may stream movies from your Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon accounts or other streaming accounts via Roku TV. We have a diverse collection of children’s and adult books as well. Wi-Fi is included. \- Split AC unit located in the living room. It’s powerful enough to keep the entire cottage cool and comfortable during your stay. \- Doggy door (suitable for small dogs) so your pup can come and go to the yard freely. \================================== 🐾 Bringing Your Dog? This is a private home with its own private patio. The driveway and parking lot areas are shared with the cottage next door, which is also a short-term rental. Back yard was awesome & private, we spent a lot of time back there, just relaxing. There were touches that helped make our stay more enjoyable. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided. There were 3 TVs; 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom, and 1 in the backyard. It was nice to have a picnic table in the back yard to eat lunches. My puppy enjoyed the doggy door and fenced in back yard. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. I slept on the couch which wasn't comfortable. Plenty of places to eat at in the area. Very cute. There are many restaurants within walking or very short driving distance. Two beaches in walking distance, and larger beaches are a very short drive. Brought our dog and went on several long walks a day with lots of neighborhoods to walk through.
