Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 78A, near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed. My neighbor at 22 Smalls Ave also rents. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the house is clean and easy to use. We wished that the closets had been empty for our use, but there are enough hooks and things to hang clothes on that it was a minor issue. The location near Dennisport is very convenient to both Dennis and Harwich though a little tricky to get to depending on how you're approaching.
