Living space (kitchen, living room, sun room) were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen appliances were new and top notch - outstanding for a rental property. Bathrooms were dated and could use an upgrade but they were functional. Same could be said for the sleeping accommodations. That said, the places you spend most of your waking hours were really nice. Excellent access to a private beach and easy walk to the public beaches. Also excellent location for restaurants, groceries, etc. Hard to beat this property and location. ##### Jan J.
