Large, comfortable house "Villa Fili". In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1.4 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 2.7 km, ferry 5 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
