Renovated inside and out, the villa features a kidney-shaped private pool, two floors, a bright living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with access to the garden, a bathroom, laundry room, and refrigerator. Central gas heating and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a pool, sun loungers, shower, outdoor kitchen, etc. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space: Large terraced areas around the pool, kidney-shaped pool, outdoor shower, brick charcoal barbecue, carport for 1 car, 4 air conditioners (living room + all bedrooms), gas central heating in the entire house, fireplace in the living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 large pergola, 4 sun loungers, sitting lounge, free wifi, new flat screen TV. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven integrated with microwave function, ceramic hob, etc., central locking system (only 1 key). Guest Access: We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. The Neighborhood: Very nice and quiet residential area in the area "Les Galeretes" in Denia. Only approx. 2 km from the beach "Las Rotas", and the city centre is approx. 3 km away. Denia has many shopping facilities, bars, great restaurants, and much more. Even the famous ferry "Balearia" departs daily to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera, and all this is only a few minutes drive from our villa. Also the golf area La Sella is only about 6 km away. Both airports Valencia or Alicante are about 100 km away. Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Optional services: \- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person. \- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person. \- x1 high chair for 20€/baby \- x1 cot for 20€/baby \- Price for one dog: €50\. For more than one dog, please inquire. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung mit der Agentur kann man nur empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Villa hatte eine tolle Aufteilung und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, besonders in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. In dieser Villa kann man sich nur wohlfühlen Die 3 Terrassen laden zum verweilen ein. Egal ob ein sonniges Plätzchen oder ein schattiges...hier findet man immer ein Platz zum chillen. Wir haben hier viele schöne Abende mit der Familie verbracht. Die Agentur stand uns immer zur Seite und wir hätten sie jederzeit anrufen können. Das Haus wurde uns sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Auch meine Eltern (beide 75 Jahre) und unser Sohn 17 Jahre haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wir konnten gemeinsam einen schönen Urlaub genießen. Wir waren in diesem Jahr das vierte Mal in Denia und dieses war bisher das beste Haus. Ein großes Lob auch an den Eigentümer, der das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet hat. ##### Heinrich S. Hervorragend ausgestattete Küche!!! Wir waren mit 2 Ehepaaren dort, was definitiv die maximal Belegung sein sollte, denn der Platz im wunderschönen Garten und am Pool ist durchaus begrenzt. Bei der sehr engen Bebauung der Gegend braucht man "Glück" mit den Nachbarn. Leider sind die Schlafzimmer nicht gleichwertig bemessen und ausgestattet, sodass nur ein Paar das tolle "Master-Bedroom" beziehen kann. Ein wirklicher Nachteil war, dass wir nur einen Hausschlüssel bekommen konnten. Hier müsste dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung fand auf englisch statt, mit erfreulich kurzen Reaktionszeiten.
