The cozy upper floor consists of a large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and an integrated bathroom. There is also a wonderful covered terrace with marvellous views of the Bay of Denia and the sea. From the upper floor some stairs leading up to the pool area. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with a cozy bedroom and a bathroom. The holiday home offers privacy, a lawned garden, a beautiful swimming pool with adjacent summer kitchen and barbecue. There is also a beautiful view of the bay, the sea, the valley and the Montgó mountain range, as well as a view of the city, Denia castle and the port.


A luxury vacation rental ideal for 2 couples or a couple with older children, with many amenities and a very pleasant atmosphere. Pets are allowed on request. Since 2026 pool heating will be offered for pre- and low seasons on request and extra payment.
