Large, very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Marina Real I". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (22 x 10 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, children's playground (slide). In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, café 700 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 1.2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 650 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 650 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Marina Real I", 3-room apartment 70 m2\. Spacious and bright, very beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating.
