Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Dianium". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Dénia, in a central, quiet position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 15 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 80 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry 800 m, sandy beach "Les Marines" 200 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Dainium", 3-room apartment 70 m2\. Spacious, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture.
