There is also a private pool on the rooftop terrace. The residential complex has a communal pool, large garden areas and allocated parking spaces located on the basement of the building for each apartment. It is located in front of the fine sandy beach.

Es un apartamento muy recomendable

Su ubicación, su estado de conservación, la urbanización... Necesita un toldo a la salida del salón a la terraza, ya que en verano puede ser muy asfixiante y algo más de menaje.
