This property boasts a quiet and sunny location, merely 10 meters from the sea and 5 meters from the beach, offering direct access to the sandy shores. It features a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking facilities that can accommodate up to three cars on the premises.

You can enjoy a 5-room terraced house that spans across two levels, with a total area of 160 square meters. The house features a simple furnishing style, including a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, and an electric heater. The living/dining room also provides access to a terrace and a pergola. On the ground floor, you'll find one room with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the ground floor. Moving to the upper floor, you'll discover one room with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), an electric heater, and a fan, leading to a terrace. There is another room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), an electric heater, and a fan, also with access to a terrace. The third room on the upper floor features a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), an electric heater, and a fan. You'll also find a bath/bidet/WC on the upper level.

The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer.
