It boasts a large, beautifully landscaped garden with a lawn, plants, and a seasonal swimming pool (26 x 10 m, depth 80 - 210 cm) available all year round. The holiday rental features a terrace spanning 35 square meters, complete with garden furniture, ensuring a delightful outdoor experience. Additionally, it offers amenities such as Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan for your convenience.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the Aquamarine's shared outdoor areas, where you can enjoy a large, well-maintained garden fenced for privacy. Relax by the inviting swimming pool (26 x 10 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.), or let the little ones have a splash in the children's pool and slide. Outdoor showers and a children's playground add to the family-friendly ambiance.

Enjoy the proximity to various recreational activities and attractions. The sandy Els Molins beach is just 450 meters from the Aquamarine, while a sports harbor is 5 kilometers away. Golfers can tee off at the 18-hole golf course situated 2 kilometers from the property. Water enthusiasts can indulge in surfing and sailing lessons at the nearby surf school and sailing school, both 450 meters from the residence.

You will find the "Aquamarina Sea" vacation rental to be a spacious and bright 3-room apartment spanning 80 square meters. The comfortable and cozy living/dining room is equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The apartment features two bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 150 cm wide and 200 cm long, complemented by air conditioning and forced-air heating units. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

During your stay, you will have access to a range of amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, heating, a microwave, a television, and the property can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC, while the other features a bath, bidet, and WC.
