The lounge area leads onto a balcony which overlooks the communal pool and very well kept gardens. The only small problem for us was that on our visit in February /March the sun did not reach the balcony and was cold to sit outside. Einziges Manko war die große Straße, die man bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts schon hört. Auf dem Balkon und am Pool bekommt man davon aber nichts mit. Nur 50 Meter zu einem schönen Sandstrand. Lediglich die Straße hinter dem Haus ist ein wenig störend, aber das ist ein individuelles Problem. I der Hauptsaison ist es sicher echt laut, wir waren in der Nachsaison dort. Denia selbst bietet unzählige gatronomische Möglichkeiten.
