Empfehlenswert

Tolle Wohnung mit Bester Aussicht aufs Meer und ruhiger Lage. Einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden für den täglichen Gebrauch. Jedoch sollte diese Wohnung einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden. Staub in vielen Ecken des Bodens und auf einigem Mobiliar, unter dem Sofa häuft sich der Dreck an, Küchenfront (Kästen) voller Handabdrucke, Fenster im Wohnzimmer schmutzig und lassen sich zum Teil nicht schliessen,Kühlschrank vereist..... usw... Trotzdem empfehlenswert..

Bien, pero no para el precio.

Apartamento muy bien situado pero con defectillos a tener en cuenta. Hay un armario fuera que sería ideal para dejar las cosas de la playa y del cual no te dan las llaves. Se fue la luz más de 15 veces durante nuestros 14 días. No tenía nada que ver con la potencia, pues en ocasiones se iba sin tener ningún elecrodoméstico ni aire acondicionado encendido. La nevera hace mucho hielo al no cerrar bie y no enfría nada, hace peligrosa incluso la conservación de pollo o productos derivados del huevo.

Heel fijn appartement op super locatie

Heel fijn appartement met grandioos uitzicht op strand en zee. Alles aanwezig. Mooie badkamers. Fijn zwembad aanwezig. Je loopt zo het strand op. Heel jammer dat eigenaar volgend jaar geen honden meer toelaat.Wij waren met onze kleine boomer hond (4,8 kg) deze verhaard totaal niet en misschien wel schoner dan kinderen in huis. Verder alles top.

Hervorragende Aussicht

Leider war der Pool nicht zu benutzen. es wurden Sanierung Arbeiten verrichtet. Schade! Ansonsten die Lage war Super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer nähe ( Consum, Aldi und Rossmann). Die Wohnung war in einem sehr schönen Zustand.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön auch die Lage ist super. Es gibt nur 2 Kleinigkeiten die zu bemängeln sind. 1. Sofa und Decke hatte einige Flecken. 2. Fenster und Balkon Türen lösen sich nicht verriegeln aber wenn man den Rollo ganz runter machte war alles zu. Ansonsten waren wir voll zufrieden. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Apartamento interesante con vistas impresionantes

Un apartamento amplio, luminoso desde el cual ves una aplisima linea de costa, rodeado por una terraza con todas orientaciones posibles. Sin embargo, necesita ser actualizado para que sea más cómodo. Necesita, cortinas de baño, un portarrollos, lámparas de mesita de noche, olor en un baño, persianas que les cuesta bajar, ventanal del salón empañado de firma permanente. Son pequeños detalles que mejorarian mucho la estancia

Superbe vue mais service inexistant

l'appartement est conforme à sa description, la vue est vraiment magnifique. Cela dit il faut noter que la clim n'est présente que dans une chambre et dans le salon/salle à manger hors l'appartement se trouve sous le toit...de plus il n'y a aucun moyen de se protéger du soleil sur la terrasse ce qui la condamne à ne l'utiliser que le soir ou le matin de bonne heure.A notre arrivée le câble du Wifi était coupé, aucune réaction de interhome malgré notre visite et on attend encore l'opérateur....
