Having to collect the keys from the agency was not convenient! We shared our airport transfer with family staying in another apartment then had to walk to the agency for the keys which took just under an hour. Also, there were no sun loungers available so when we went to the pool we had to lie on our towels on the concrete. Only minor issues with an otherwise perfect holiday. ##### Lesley F.
