It was so close to Denali we were able to get in and out of the park in minútese the cabin is extremely private up the side of a hill with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. It is very spacious with a large kitchen table and tons of room to spread out. Very comfortable for a family looking for some space and close proximity to the park. There is no way to get any closer to Denali (1.6 miles to the visitors center). It is large and accommodated my family easily. It is a bit rustic, although nicer then most other cabins in Healy. Expect rustic no matter where you stay. We didn't cook any dinners there but it could use some more pots and pans if you plan on cooking any meals there. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It took a bit to find the check in site (it is in the RV check in area, but don't worry, you will be far above the RV area). The only problem with the cabin was the 4th bedroom was actually the closet in the mater bedroom. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Denali again ##### david m.
