« Très mauvaise expérience. Chambre familiale pas du tout adaptée aux enfants. Aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain : il faisait la même température qu’à l’extérieur, la fenêtre étant entrouverte et non chauffée. Le carrelage était glacé, totalement inacceptable avec des enfants. La chambre est une mezzanine avec un escalier en colimaçon, dangereux et inadapté pour une famille. Nous avons signalé le problème de chauffage, la réponse a été qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Inadmissible compte tenu...

« Quand je viens à Gouda, il est inconcevable pour moi de ne pas rester à cet endroit! C’est un bijoux. Malgré le fait que ma chambre était à côté des marches cette fois-ci et que c’était très bruyant lorsque les autres clients y passaient, cet endroit reste l’un de mes favoris. Le personnel est accueillant, le location est centrale, le service est impeccable, c’est un must go!! »
