« Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et finalement nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule et c'était déjà de trop ! 1er problème : nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de la resa . Lors du checking l'après midi, deux fois demandé pour qu' ils n'oublient pas... Nous sommes rentrés le soir et bingo ! Pas de lit... juste un seul lit bébé pour tout le motel !!!!! 2eme problème : l hotel est tenu par des ados, à l accueil au ménage... la manager est venue le lendemain qu' à 11h 3eme problème : la propreté......

« Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. »

« We’ve stayed her before and never had any issues, and the service is always stellar. Our rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and patient when we needed more towels in the evening; the assistant general manager whom checked us in was very professional and kind; the concierge that checked us out at the end of the day was a peach! I always recommend this hotel in Holland because I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s so clean and the breakfast is also very generous....
