"The room was lovely, very spacious and had nearly everything apart from decaf tea or coffee, and the TV was a smart TV with streaming services but no internet to connect it. The room was opposite a beer garden which was fine until they put loud music on in the evening. However, to be fair the music stopped by 11.30pm each night and it was silent until the morning. "It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!"

"Lovely comfortable rooms with lovely big beds we stayed in room 5 which is absolutely massive with a nice very clean bathroom. Nice warm welcome and really friendly staff with great service. Overall highly recommend staying here as ideally placed to visit the nearby aqueduct plus Snowdonia is just over an hour away."
