Welcome to our charming Deltona home! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for your Florida getaway. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll enjoy the atmosphere while still being close to all the attractions. The home features a cozy living area, an equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a night's sleep. Spend your mornings soaking up the Florida sunshine, or explore the nearby parks and lakes. With its ideal location our home offers everything you need for a memorable stay  
The space  
Step inside and discover a spacious living area where you can unwind after a day of exploring. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at your convenience.  
  
The three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, providing cozy retreats for a restful night's sleep. Two bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests.  
  
Outside, you'll find a lovely backyard where you can relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Enjoy a morning coffee on the patio or gather around the outdoor dining area for an al fresco meal. The lush greenery and peaceful surroundings create an atmosphere of tranquility.  
  
Deltona itself offers a wide array of activities to suit every taste. Sanford international airport is 25 minutes away, as well as Orlando international airport is 40 minutes away. New Smyrna beach is about 20 minutes away and Daytona beach is about 25 minutes away from the property. The Daytona lagoon is about 30 minutes from the property, as well as there are many surrounding lakes and trails perfect for any outdoor adventures.
