Furniture looks like it was picked up from the Salvation Army store. The only thing new there was the bathrooms. The host is a great person, that's about the highest compliment i will give. The place definitely needs a paint job. Also needs some update furniture in the house. I also noticed the mouse traps in round the house and in the cabinets also. So with that being said you just have to make your own judgment on staying there. Personally I think we paid to much for the rental especially the way it looked in and out of the house. I know i definitely wouldn't be going back. For that kind of money, i could have been at a nicer place ##### Joe G. Couch was very worn out in living space. There were no chests to put anything in in two of the three bedrooms. The main bathroom was very small to service two bedrooms. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms are good size and each have a nice closets. While we did not have beach chairs with us this trip, the large laundry room with an exterior door would have been a great place to store all of our beach gear. Would stay there again.
