Pool table was fun too.The only knock on the house was, and I'm nitpicking, that there were no condiments or food stables left so we ended having to buy everything and flying out of state had to leave them. There are fish in the canal and a dock to hang out on. Beach is very close and convenient. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in this area and this is one of the best for our family/interests. All of the amenities needed for a great vacation, beautiful pool, hot tub, central air conditioning. Beds were comfortable, unless you end up with one of the two futons but I’m personally not a fan of sleeping on those. Was perfecfly ok for the kids. The game room was fun for all of us. A/C works well in all but master bedroom but maybe that’s because it’s off the porch/gameroom which is understandably hotter than other rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed to cook with. Lots of cleaning materials, plenty of towels for bathing and pool/beach. I absolutely loved the arch of a flowering bush over the driveway! Jacob was polite and nice to deal with and very easy to reach! ##### Aimee W. Couldn’t get them out of it. Location is perfect and literally 5 mins from downtown Delray. Just sitting on the bench at the dock was relaxing after sundown. Not the same furniture as in pictures . The pool was wonderful but the travertine tile around the pool was very uneven. The kitchen could use more pool friendly plastic cups. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood. So much is provided here. There is a lovely pool and hot tub. Bikes, fishing poles, kayaks, pool floats, a pool table... We used it all. The beds are very comfortable. There are tons of pool/beach towels and bath towels. The bathrooms were well-stocked, as was the kitchen. The owners are so kind and very responsive.
