LIVING AREAS The house has two living rooms. One of them has a plush couch, two arm chairs, and a Smart 65" TV. The other one is a family room that offers even more space to gather for a movie night or games with a sectional sofa and another 65” Smart TV with a stereo system. KITCHEN Equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including a double oven, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, this renovated chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and tools needed to enjoy a home-made meal for maximum occupancy. BEDROOMS & BATHS The master suite has a king sized bed, a 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and an arm chair. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. In the second bedroom there is a queen sized bed & 55" Smart TV. For families with kids, the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a twin bed and a 55" Smart TV. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located between these two rooms. A half bath off of the family room is also conveniently located next to the patio entrance. OUTDOOR The patio of this home is charming with dining and sitting areas surrounding the pool in a lush private landscape. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated and have LED lights for your daytime or nighttime pleasure. The varied spa features of the Jacuzzi are accessed using a tablet inside the home. At the end of the day, fire up the Weber gas grill and enjoy dinner under the well lit and covered patio with seating for eight. OTHER AMENITIES Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and parking for four vehicles (one in the garage, two in the driveway & one ina separate side walk/driveway). Also provided are beach chairs, toys, cooler and a beach umbrella. This one-story home is completely free of stairs. FREE TRANSPORTATION TO BEACH & POINTS OF INTEREST FREEBEE: The city of Delray is currently offering an on-demand free transportation program. Freebee, a South Florida-based electric transportation company, will provide the service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown service area which includes our property. Riders of the fixed route can also track the vehicles through the Freebee app. Service Hours Sunday - Wednesday: 11 am - 9 pm Thursday - Saturday: 11 am - 11 pm TROLLEY: A free trolley that runs through Atlantic Avenue can be used to go to the Beach and anywhere along the "The Ave". The closest stop is a 12 min walk from the house. The trolley runs every 30 min. from 6am-11pm on weekdays, and from 6am to 11pm on weekends. \*\*\*Please Note: This is a service from the city and is subject to change\*\*\* THINGS TO NOTE: There is weekly landscaping maintenance done at the property and bi-weekly pool cleaning. These are on set schedules and cannot be modified. By booking this property guests agree to these maintenance visits. Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. On top of that, the ownership group is very friendly and easy to work with. The checkout process was quick and painless, the location was a nice quiet area about a 15 minutes' walk north of Atlantic Ave. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Delray. ##### Liam R. There were plent of kitchen utensils to meet all needs, would have been nice to have some more of the basics but generally all was good The house and bedding were clean and good standard. Plenty TV's but poor WIFI facilities prevented hooking up screen shares from portables as they kept dropping out all the time Lets not forget that this house is very close to the railway line and you frequently here very large trains rumbling past for minutes at a time. You kinda get used to it after a while but when outside it can be loud. Pool area and spa were great, it is no more than a plunge pool though but welcome in the baking heat. A few loose tiles around pool area. Sun-beds looked very worn and uninviting. Plenty pool and beach towels and equipment was great to have Overall I would recommend this property for its location to Atlantic Avenue etc. Dont quite need so many negative signs about rules and fines etc. Yes and one message to vacate by 10 would have been sufficient. She checked in with us daily and made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. I provided feedback on something minor and within the hour Cecilia handled it and went above and beyond. She is part of the reason our stay was so great. The home is close to Atlantic Avenue and many amazing places to eat. We also used the freebie one time and it was so easy and convenient. This house is in a very nice neighborhood, very close to Atlantic Ave, the Main Street in Delray There are Many very cute shops and restaurants. Cecelia is the house manager and was incredibly responsive and very nice. Our door lock malfunction and Cecelia had it fixed immediately. The house was very clean. A huge plus for me. We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t rent a car and used the Freebie (get the app) service to get around though everything is within walking distance. It was our first time in Del Ray Beach having spent time renting in Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach and the Del Ray Beach area has much more going on from a nightlife (restaurant and shops) perspective. The property itself was super clean and spacious. There were 5 of us (2 parents and 3 teenagers) and easily spread out. The only thing that I would say is that the pool is a bit small so you won’t be doing any laps but the teenagers enjoyed it along with the heated jacuzzi. Also, the landscape yard needs a bit of attention but not terrible (and not a reason to downgrade the rental just an observation)Overall, a really nice place that will not disappoint! ##### Rolando L. Overall, we were pleased with the property. It was well appointed and comfortable. In order to take it to the highest levels, Property can use a little TLC indoors and out. One of the mattresses in the bunk room (across from the bunk bed) needs to be replaced, as it was unsleepable for an adult. The backyard is overgrown and needs cleaning up. Same for the front of the house. Several light bulbs need to be replaced. Fan in master bedroom is very noisy and needs to be replaced or fixed.
