The unit has everything needed to live comfortably plus many thoughtful extras not usually provided in a rental — even toys and treats for our dog! The bed was super comfortable— a big priority for us. Ann is the perfect host, always quick to answer questions and provide info. Great location in easy walking distance to Atlantic Ave/Coconut Grove, to Lake Ida and two of its parks, and to the beach. We could also quickly walk to two French bakeries, a drug store and a grocery store, among many other places. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Ann’s property is perfectly located close enough to everything you come to Delray for and still manages to give a feel of an authentic Florida neighborhood. It’s tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly want including up to date tech , very comfortable beds and furniture and a cool kitchen layout. The outside courtyard is private and peaceful , the lights at night make it feel so special. The house is stocked with everything you could need including the fluffiest towels. It’s really the perfect spot to stay when visiting and I feel so lucky to have found Ann’s Cottage. She is a super host and anticipated our needs providing extras that were greatly appreciated. From the personal note left when we arrived to all of the thoughtful details inside the Cottage, the owner made us feel like welcomed guests. The decor was stylish and incredibly comfortable. The blackout curtains made sleeping in a breeze. The bathroom felt like a spa experience. The owner thought of everything we could have possibly needed…and then some.
