Walking distance to Atlantic Ave and the beach in this recently renovated, large, 4 bedroom home with pool table 2 bedrooms at the front of the house include a large master en-suite At the rear of the home another 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom Pool table with bar area, expansive kitchen that opens up to an oversized pool deck that is the perfect Delray backyard Huge lounge/ entertaining room with full service bar. It's a great set up for groups of 2 families or groups with older children. Close to the beach and the pool, pool table and dart board were fantastic for keeping everyone happy! Host was very responsive to any issues we encountered. The house was set up nice. We had issues with the motion sensing light that shines in the master bedroom. It flashed on and off many, many times during the night and woke us up. We called about it several times and the owner was unable to get it turned off. We also felt that the mattress seemed old and needed replaced. There was a blind that didn’t close on another window in the master. It looked like the cords had been removed. Also, it was quite noisy when you sat out by the pool. There were nice speakers outside but you couldn’t really hear the music because of all the noise. ##### Laura S. Walked to the beach. Sadly it rained a lot during our stay so we used the pool more than going to the beach. The management company was incredible.
