Gather around the fire pit in the backyard for cozy evenings. Our modern, sunlit cabin combines tranquil luxury with easy access to adventures, including the Hiwassee River, scenic train rides, hiking trails, and a wedding venue. With fresh, contemporary décor in a serene farm town setting, we’re excited to be your perfect home away from home. Come and create unforgettable memories with us! The VilLodge features five charming cabins set on a stunning, flat, private 10-acre property, complete with a secluded loop road. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, cookware, spices, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware, along with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-Cups! For your convenience, we also provide shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathroom. Enjoy full access to this cabin and its private front and back yards. Just across from the cabins, you\`ll find two shared fields spanning 6 acres, perfect for outdoor fun! Feel free to explore the space—bring your own cornhole, Frisbees, football, ect. Each cabin also features a dedicated fire pit right outside the back door for cozy evenings under the stars. Delano is just south of Etowah and just north of Benton. The neighborhood boasts gorgeous views of Chilhowee Mountain. This is a beautiful rural area that is quiet and inviting. Feels like home away from home! Getting around the property is very convinent as we have a private drive that is a loop. Very easy to pull in and out with a camper, travel trailer or motorhome if needing a break from the road. The area is very easy to navigate with highway 411 being 1/2 mile down the road. (Not to mention the hours of endless mountain backroads nearby for leisurely cruising). This property features five cabins that can accommodate up to 25 guests at a time. Additionally, we have another farm just 15 minutes away with a spacious home for 16 guests and three suites for up to 4 guests each. For large group inquiries, feel free to reach out for any occasion! And don’t hesitate to ask about our Gourmet & Functional Mushroom Farm if you’re interested! I’ve put in a lot of effort to make sure this Cabin is a comfortable space for guests. If you choose to stay here, please treat it with the same respect you would with your own home. House rules include: \-Please respect check-in and check-out times. \-Please clean the kitchen after using it. Non-compliance will result in an additional clean-up fee. \-Please refrain from rearranging the furniture and take care when using amenities. The cabin has everything you need in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The outside has a small covered porch. The back yard of the property has a fire pit with Adirondack Chairs. Very quiet surroundings yet easy to get to many attractions in the area. The manager Dylan is more than helpful and very responsive. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. It would be good for a family with small children or a teen. Nice back yard with fire pit. Inside all you would need is your clothes and personal items. Plenty of appliances to cook with. Lights/fans are a little tricky to work, but once figured out it was no problem (both wall switches have to be in the same position) nicely decorated both bedrooms have queen beds with a large flat screen tv. Only suggestion is replace bean bag chair in living room with proper reading chair and sofa not particularly comfortable. Otherwise perfect. Bed linens soft and mattress firm. No street noise, only the birds singing and the rabbits running! This was our 1st VRBO rental and we are very pleased with our experience. Everything is brand new and it is very well equiped. Kitchen is full equiped even with spices! The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only down side is that the wifi is not as fast as advertised. It is not bad, but bit slow when streaming. All in all, I strongly recommend. We were there for motorcycling in the mountains and have a feel-at-home at night, which was fully met. ##### Pascale B.
