However, the map on VRBO shows the location below Camino Del Mar; it is not, it is above Camino Del Mar Street. This was a surprise to us after we booked and paid in full. The house is well appointed and the linens are like sleeping at a Four Seasons. The house is perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops, but you need to drive to the beach if you have gear. Also, if you have a party larger than 2, you will need to bring chairs and a beach umbrella. Jon was wonderful to work with. ##### Kathy L. The host provides incredible, detailed information on the home and surrounding area. The home itself was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub, the ocean views from the master and the modern boho vibes. The location could not be better! We walked to many of the local restaurants, the playground and the beach. The wagon and sand toys were awesome. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. I hope we can return soon! ##### Summer O. Within very close walking distance to some favorite restaurants, bar/breweries and music venues, the car stayed parked most of our trip. My only caveat would be that the main floor level where the kitchen/dining/patio/hot tub/fire pit table/TV room has no bathroom. Be aware that there are 4 toilets but it required either 18 steps up or downstairs to reach one. So 36 steps round trip---plan accordingly. The views and sunset from the upstairs balcony were awesome and the property itself was extremely secure and private. The host did a terrific job of providing an excellent orientation video and local must sees/restaurants/activities. Loved it ##### Mary K.
