Absolutely stunning lakefront home right on Nettle Lake and EVERYTHING is new! 180 degree views of Nettle Lake from every room in the house! First floor master bedroom with its own gorgeous master bathroom! Three good size bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom! Additional first floor half bathroom. Very open floor plan with a beautiful new kitchen with granite counters! The great room has vaulted ceilings with a wall of glass to enjoy the lake views! Grab a drink and a cigar and enjoy the 600 sq. ft. wrap around deck! We have our own private dock for your boat or toys as well as a public boat launch right down the street! Our home is perfect for ALL seasons as well as deer hunters during the seasons for Ohio, Michigan and Indiana! An assortment of water toys including, two kayaks, a HUGE 21'' raft that supports 14 adults, life jackets & floaties are provided to our guest! Our guests also have use of our own private "Jase Beach" as well as our "BUB recreation area that includes a pickleball court, volleyball court, disc golf as well as some other awesome amenities! We are also only 4 minutes away from a day of hiking the beautiful Lake La Su An State Park! TRUE LAKEFRONT ENJOYMENT!**Beautiful pontoon available for rent**. **Please note that we want everyone to enjoy their stay at our home but if you are hoping to have a big party, please choose another home. We are meticulous about our properties and would like them to remain that way.**

We truly enjoyed our stay! The owners were very organized and were responsive to our questions. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing volleyball and pickleball at the new amenities across the street. We rented a pontoon boat for 1 day and enjoyed spending time on the lake. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to explore Nettle lake.

Wedding stay

stayed here as our sons wedding was at the Boathouse at Nettle lake which is also owned by Mike and Sue. they were very responsive to any questions we had they had a place for us to park our boat trailer. We had a GREAT weekend Thanks Sue and Mike. please note this is a lake house so there is slope to the lake and 1 story of stairs to the parking area

I use to come here when I was a little girl. We stayed directly across the lake from my grandpas place.. Mike and Sue were extremely pleasant. Made us feel very comfortable. I would very much recommend this place! We are looking forward to our next vacation here

Girls Trip

House as described, clean, comfortable, and just what was needed for our Girls trip. Host was very responsive to a couple of questions that we had. Afternoon was best spent on the beautiful deck or a night around the fire. Would definitely rent again.

Relaxation at the Cottage

This beautiful cottage is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. The cottage is so spacious and relaxing. The decor is warm and homey. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed spending time swimming, playing on the raft and kayaking. The host was immediately available to us when one kayak had a leak and provided a quick remedy. Mike was so nice and helpful. The parking is a bit tricky but manageable. It would be beneficial for steps or a ladder to get in and out of the water but again manageable. Our overall stay was amazing. Great family time, memories and relaxation. We look forward to returning again next year!

A group of 6 females stayed here. The space was perfect for agar we needed: a large gathering space, a kitchen, lots of beds! The stairs getting to the cottage were a lot for the older members of our group, but can'tbe avoided. We loved our stay!

Beautiful house but difficult host

House was lovely and as described. I was shocked to get an email from the host after we left stating that he was keeping our entire deposit. His reasons were that additional cleaning was needed due to crumbs on the table and floor. Also complained that towels and trash were not put in their proper place when he gave NO INSTRUCTIONS on where to leave the towels and trash when the small outside trash can is full. We assume since we pay a cleaning fee that our not sweeping the floors and wiping down the counters is not a problem. He also cited a tear in his raft. It had a two foot tear when we got it. I feel like if he is going to let guests use it, he has to expect it to tear more. We left it in a very usable condition, the tear was just a little longer. The screws in the dock ladder were coming out when we left. My six year old daughter was the one using it, and not misusing it. Host said it was a new ladder and it seems it wasn't installed well. All this to say, VRBO allowed him to charge us a large amount for extra cleaning costs and we have been a week so far with VRBO trying to resolve this issue. VRBO seems to just let owners charge guests whatever extra fees they want and it is very hard to get VRBO to investigate it. I would not trust this host.

Nettle Lake Lakehouse

We stayed at the Nettle Lake Lakehouse as our oldest son was graduating from high school. It was a beautiful and very clean property. There is a little store about a 5 minute walk from the house that has everything! The house was equipped with everything that we didnt. Our only suggestion would would be to put curtains in all of the bedrooms. There were blinds in the master bedroom but it got super bright in there in the am. One of the 3 bedrooms upstairs had curtains. Overall very beautiful place and we would definately stay again!!

Relaxing getaway.

Great spot for relaxing and taking in a beautiful view, while spending quality time together with our adult kids. Made use of both the indoor gas fireplace as well as the fire pit outside. Played board games & lots of fun fishing too!

Lakehouse Peace

Took my 92 year old Dad for a little peaceful fishing with some family. Cleanest place we've ever stayed. Got to check in early and owners answered any questions immediately. Kitchen was well stocked. Can't wait to go back and do it again.

Clean & roomy, great outdoor space.

House was clean, everything was comfortable, and we had a great time! Couple of things would have made it perfect: ladder or stairs to get in/out of water; dresser & side tables in all rooms; better internet (some of us had to work/study and connection was spotty. Also neighbors partied loudly until 3am on our last night, making 9:30am checkout difficult.

Fantastic Summer Family Time

This is by far one of the best VRBO stays we have ever had. It was a perfect location with everything and anything we could possibly need to have relaxing summer fun on a lake. Beautiful home and location

This home is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on that amazing porch and deck and we never once tired of the view.

Easy Weekend
