"The hotel does offer a very convenient and easy online check-in process, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, aside from the check-in area, the rest of the property felt quite outdated and poorly maintained. The hotel overall appeared worn, with a style that felt reminiscent of the 1970s. Our room, in particular, seemed old, with dirty floors and very worn carpeting. Given the rate we paid, the condition of the room did not feel justified, especially considering that there are many better hotel options available in the same price range. The staff was pleasant and courteous, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast was disappointing and was one of the weakest “breakfast included” experiences we have encountered at this type of hotel."
